Learn about subchannels and how they differ from all the other channels within the platform
Each building may have sub-channels nested within its building channel. These sub-channels are used by specific groups of subscribers or users within that property to share information, notices, or content.
💡Sub-channels at your building can facilitate private communications between building teams.
For example, a sub-channel may be created for a group of tenants who are monthly parking pass holders. This sub-channel within the building may contain information regarding the parking facilities or parking-specific posts and notices, without broadcasting that information directly to the main building channel.
It’s possible for tenants at a building to make use of their own channel (a tenant channel) to create their own community within the building, with many of the same features that are available to the building channel.
