Lane user Roles

Roles are either administrative or non-administrative in Lane. Here is a quick overview!

Administrative roles


Org Admins

  • There can be multiple Org Admins.Org Admins manage org-level administrative tasks. A task is anything that can be accomplished in the lane app.

Workplace Admin

  • There can be multiple Workspace Admins. This role helps manage members, channels, and other administrative tasks.

Non-Administrative roles

Workplace Member

  • Workplace members are the people that have joined a Lane workplace. They can use Lane to interact with content and engage with their workplace.
