What Are Perks?

Perks is a managed service available through the Lane platform. With Perks, a building’s tenants can access a collection of offers from top brands and retailers.

By activating Perks, you give your tenants access to exclusive offers from top brands and retailers on your app.

There are four main parts to the Perks program:

  • Sourcing Perks: Lane partners with brands and retailers to bring new offers to the Perks program. Perks can provide value to a user in a number of ways; but typically, they provide cost savings on a good or service, exclusive access to a good or service, or some combination of the two.
  • Posting Perks: Posting perks is easy than ever with the Lane Builder!  You can even add interactive features to your perks such as a menu and e-commerce.  This will allow your workplace members to make purchases right from the perk with your promotion applied. 
  • Promoting Perks: Through targeting promoting perks becomes easier than ever. You can choose exactly who your perk will be visible to, promoting across a variety of teams and channels. 
  • Fulfilling Perks: Perks can be fulfilled based on the type of promotion you are running!  This can include delivery of a menu item, receiving a digital coupon code, or picking up an item in person at a retailer.
