Interactive Features Breakdown
Cancelling
Allows the end user to cancel their Interactive Content submission. This can be done from the submission receipt.
Delivery
This indicated that a submission will be deliverable to the end users location. (For example the delivery of an e-commerce order)
Number of Entries
This allows you to control the amount of times the content can be submitted. (For example one prize draw entry per user)
Essensys Product
Links a Lane Page to an Essensys Product.
Invite Guests
Allows the user to invite one or more guests. This is perfect for setting up visitor management.
Inventory
Allows you to keep track of stock for e-commerce and menu orders.
Menu
Adds an interactive food ordering menu, or generic e-commerce store.
Payment
This will allow you to accept payment from your users based on the indicated amount.
QR Code Scanning
Make use of a mobile Kiosk or check-in when adding QR code scanning
Quantity
Limit the total amount of items for your content. For example, setting how many tickets are available for purchase.
Remote Fetch
Connects your content to a remote data source or feed.
Reservable
Adds a calendar to your content, allowing a specific date and time reservation.
Time Reset
Sets the timeline for the content to reset.
Shipping
This indicates that the submission will need to be shipped to the end users shipping address.
Social Options
Allows sharing within social networks.
Statuses
Allows a status to be set and updated for the interaction. (Accepted, Shipped, Completed)
Submit on Behalf of
Allows a workplace administrator to submit content on behalf another Lane team member.
Time Availability
Only allows this content to be interacted with during the specified time window each day.
Include Company
This allows for the end users Company to be included when submitting the interaction.
