How To Use The Self-Serve Password Reset?
- Forgot Password: From the login page of your building click on the Forgot Password button. An email will be sent to the address used for your workplace account. It's as easy as that!
- Reset Password: You can reset your current password by going to the Profile tab and clicking on Account Settings. The Reset Password link allows you to create a new password for your account. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder should you not receive the email.
