An overview of how to set up Channel Profile. The Channel Profile gives members an overview of your workplace!
The purpose of a profile is to describe your organization in a quick way to your reader.
In this tab, you can add your address, contact details, industry awards, team members to reach, and your building's operating hours. Share information that's relevant to your members!
In the info tab you can update the following information :
- Profile name
- Square footage
- Building headcount
- Profile picture (Hero Image)
Generally, these items are completed during the implementation stage, but if you ever decide to change the company name or logo, the information is readily accessible!
The address is entered once, and can only be changed by the Lane team! Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you need a hand!
Last, Setting is where you decide the functionality of your Lane workplace.
Enabling some of the toggles in the Settings tab will activate new sections in the settings menu. Work with your Customer Success Manager to make any changes to your current setup to ensure your workplace continues to run smoothly!
